  2. Leader (Process) - Dy. Manager (IT) : 01 post (UR), Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 grade pay Rs. 6600/-
  3. DC Coordinator - Assistant Manager (IT) : 02 posts (OBC-1, UR-1), Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 grade pay Rs. 5400/-
  4. SLA Coordinator - Assistant Manager (IT) : 01 post (UR-1), Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 grade pay Rs. 5400/-
  5. Core Team (Process) - Assistant Manager (IT) : 06 posts (UR-4, OBC-1, SC-1), Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 grade pay Rs. 5400/-
  6. SAP Coordinator - Assistant Manager (IT) : 14 posts (UR-4, OBC-7, ST-3), Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 grade pay Rs. 5400/-
