How to Refer?
5 simple steps:
1)       Log on to the Talent Scout Portal https://india.jobs.accenture.com/Talentscout/Login.aspx
2)       Select Consulting
3)       Select the respective Service Line/ Positions published.
4)       Upload the Resume of your referral (in a word document) against the correct skill name as mentioned above
5)       Submit the referral and take note of the Candidate ID.

The payouts for all successful employee referrals will be directly credited to the referring employee's salary account according to the Employee Referral policy one month after the candidate's date of joining, provided that both the referring employee and the hired candidate are active employees at the time of disbursement.

To preserve the strong professional reputation of the Company, shared by all employees, the Company independently verifies employment qualifications and references for all candidates for employment.
