Principal Consultant /Solution Architect

  Minimum 5 years implementation experience in Oracle Applications HCM suite with

- 3-5 development life cycle implementations experience

- SME with Techno-Functional expertise in at least one of the following Payroll, AdvancedBenefits, etc.

- Experience in providing solutions in client facing role including requirement analysis, solution design and build

- Hands on working knowledge in traditional and advanced technology in HCM e- business suite.

 - Experience with Oracle's AIM document methodology
- Self starter, excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent Presentation skills an added advantage.

- Experience in Offshore/ onsite projects a plus.

- Qualification:  Graduate / MBA or Electronics Engineering/Comp Science/Comp Engg. Background

Senior  Consultant 

Minimum 4 years experience Oracle Applications e-Business ERP suite with

- Minimum 4 years experience in direct implementation

- Techno-Functional experience and knowledge preferably in HCM/Payroll/Advanced Benefits/OTL/Finapps/Manufacturing/SCM

- Experience with Oracle's AIM document methodology.
- Self starter, excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent Presentation skills an added advantage.

- Experience in Offshore/ onsite projects a plus.

- Qualification:  Graduate / MBA or Electronics Engineering/Comp Science/Comp Engg. Background

There is a special requirement for OBIEE Consultants

3-6 years of OBIEE /Siebel Analytics

EBS experience is a great plus.
