Referral Bonus for all successful onboards will be paid along with the salary of the month subsequent to the referral’s joining month provided that both the referring employee and the referred candidate are active employees at the time of disbursement.
How to refer?
  • Log on to the Talent Scout Portal https://india.jobs.accenture.com/Talentscout/Login.aspx
  • Select Consulting and go to the respective position
  • Upload your referals’s resume against the correct skill Once the profile is successfully uploaded – you would get an auto generated mail with a unique CID number for the candidate.
  • You can use the CID number to track the status of the referred candidate.
