HSBC requires Analyst - IT Operations: 

Job Description: Manage technical queries and complaints; provide troubleshooting support and direct unresolved queries to the concerned teams.

Skills/Experience:
  • BE/ BTech , MCA, BCA, B.Sc. (Computers) or Graduation with a specialisation in Computers.
  • Knowledge of Basic Networking, Oerating Systems, Remote Connectivity and ISP
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

Walk-in Dates : 17th & 18th July 2010 (10 am to 4 pm)
Venue Details

  • Hyderabad : HSBC Hyderabad Hexagon, Plot No. 3&4, Hitec City Layout, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 08
Please carry the following:
  1. A copy of updated resume
  2. 2 passport size photograph
  3. Original educational Documents
  4. Pay Slip (Original and photocopy for last 2 months)
  5. Photo identity proof
Unable to appear: Meet HR team from Monday to Friday between 10 am to 4 pm till 30, 2010
