Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (ME/MTech/MSc. (Engg) or equivalent)

• ME01: Control Systems/Control Dynamics
• ME02: Structural Engg.
• ME03: Industrial Engineering
• ME04: Industrial Safety
• ME05: Micro Electronics / MEMS
• ME06: Digital Electronics/Avionics
• ME07: RF, Microwave and Antenna
• ME08: Material Science
• ME09: Optics/Applied Optics
• ME10: Mechanical/Machine Design

Minimum 60% or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10 cale or equivalent (pre-eleigibility qualifications of BE/B Tech/BSc (Engg) or equivalent should also be in First class with an aggregate of 65% (avarage of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10 scale)
Post graduate Degree in Science (MSc)

• MS01: Physics/Applied Physics
• MS02: Mathematics / Applied Mathematics

Aggregate minimum of 65% (CGPA/CPI of 6.5 on a 10 point scale)
Age limit: 35 years as on 06/08/2010 (40 in case of SC/ST and 38 incase of OBC)
Pay: Rs. 15600-39100 (Grade pay of 5400)
