Job Purpose: Associates focus on design and layout of enterprise applications using HTML, CSS, and graphic programs. They also program using the .NET framework.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide design and layout leadership using HTML and CSS
* Responsible for developing and supporting applications and technology solutions for web, windows
* Responsible for ensuring that all application development efforts meet and or exceed client expectations.
* Applications should meet requirements of scope, functionality, time, and adhere to all defined and agreed upon standards.
* Become intimately familiar with all assigned application and technology functionality.
* Become intimately familiar with all development tools, methodologies, and processes.
* Ensures successful development and application support strategy is implemented.
* Demonstrates a strong working understanding of industry best standards in software development and design.

* Very strong in HTML
* Very strong in Javascript and CSS
* Strong C# or VB.NET experience in .NET 2.0 to 3.5 framework
* Strong in ASP. NET, AJAX
* Knowledge of JQuery, Windows applications, WCF Services and SQL Server Reporting Services
* SQL Server 2005
* Have worked with 3rd-party web controls
Demonstrate good abilities in:
* Web Design / Layout
* .NET programming
* To follow application development team design standards
