EBOS plays a key role in generating revenue for clients by following up on the client's Accounts Receivables (claims not paid by insurance companies). Job Responsiblities: - Liaison with US healthcare facilities, like hospital and private, state and federal governed insurance companies - Researching claims - Analyzing information - Determining actions to be taken next - Calling insurance providers to get more information - Verifying payments by comparing them against contracts - Advising clients on next steps - Resolving claims - Analyzing work and finding trends that can help clients re-engineer processe Required Skills: - Experience: 0 - 2 Years - Basic knowledge of MS Office and Internet skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good Analytical & decent Math Skills. - Should be willing to work in Night Shifts.
