Responsible for work quality/accuracy and timely product execution
Effectively communicate any assumptions / clarifications / issues
Analyst would have to read complex verbose lease agreements and abstract information from it onto a prescribed template.
Analyst need to have comprehensive reading ability and should be able to interpret complexly framed sentences.
Attention to detail is highly required because information will be buried across various sections and the Analyst has to be sharp to spot out related information.
Should achieve the desired level of productivity and quality.
