Secondary Knowedge : JQuery,JMS. Java/J2EE with SPRINGS knowledge 2 years 6 months - 7 years Primary knowledge : Spring (DI, AOP, Transaction), Web Services, ORM(hibernate,JPA). Secondary Knowledge : Websphere, PL/SQL, ANT, Maven, Core Java. Webshpere Portal 3- 7 years Expertise in Portal Development (Preferably Webshere Portal), Indepth knowledge in JSR 158 / JSR 258, Expertise in Interportlet communication. PEGA 3-6 years Hands on experience on PEGA, Pega Certification is mandatory. Documentum 3-6 years Should have hands on experience in documentum for more than 3 years. Cognos Architect and Designers 3-7 years Experience in cognos tools,  Frame work Manager,  Query Studio, Report Studio, Analysis Studio,  Metrics Studio,  Alert Studio, Power play is desired
